1. First of all you will need iTunes, if you do not have iTunes you can download it here.
2. Once you have iTunes downloaded and installed open it up. It should look something like this:
3. Go to the "Advanced" menu found at the top of the window and select "Subscibe to Podcast..."
4. Enter the URL for our xml feed [ http://www.thealley.org/podcast.xml ] and click "OK"::
5. iTunes will now take you to your Podcast section and it will begin downloading the available content:
